Welcome to Kreis Technical Services (“KTS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.


1. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or servers.


2. Service Terms & Support

KTS provides IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, and consulting services tailored to business environments. Specific service agreements, including response times, scope, and pricing, may be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA). In the absence of a signed agreement, services are provided on a best-effort basis.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to systems and personnel for effective support.

  • Maintain secure credentials and notify us immediately of any security incidents.

  • Ensure all third-party licenses and hardware are appropriately sourced and in compliance.


4. Payments & Billing

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • Services are billed monthly or per project, depending on the arrangement.

  • Invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless agreed otherwise.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services or interest charges.


5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. KTS agrees to keep client data, business information, and system access secure and confidential unless required by law.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTS shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Data loss or system downtime not caused by gross negligence.

  • Third-party service failures or cybersecurity events beyond our control.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the preceding 12 months.


7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, all fees due up to the date of termination remain payable. Certain clauses, including confidentiality, limitations of liability, and indemnification, will survive termination.


8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and content provided by KTS remain our property or the property of our partners. You may not use, reproduce, or redistribute them without our written consent.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles.
